By accessing or using ProductsBid ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
ProductsBid is a public, pay-to-rank leaderboard for products. Anyone can claim a spot on the board from $5 and outbid competitors to climb higher. Products are displayed with the domain, a short tagline, their current bid, and a click counter.
To take a rank, your bid must exceed the current holder’s bid by at least $1.
Paying less than the #1 price still puts you on the board at whatever place your bid can take.
Each product holds one live bid. Raising your bid updates your position; a lower or equal bid is rejected.
A bid becomes active (ranked on the board) only after payment is completed. Unpaid bids expire.
We may remove products that violate the rules or the law without notice.
Bids are one-time payments. Payment is processed by third-party providers: primarily Stripe, with Polar.sh as a backup processor.
Once a bid is paid and your rank is live, the bid is non-refundable unless we are unable to display your product (for example, if we remove it for policy reasons, in which case we will refund the unused portion).
You are never charged again unless you actively raise your bid.
All prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout where required by law.
Payment disputes are governed by the processor’s terms (Stripe / Polar) and applicable law.
Your rank holds until another bidder outbids you with a higher paid bid.
If you are outbid, your bid is not automatically renewed or re-charged. You may raise your bid at any time to defend or improve your position; a raise requires a new payment.
You may not: bid with fraudulent payment methods; misrepresent your product; bid on behalf of a product you do not control; attempt to manipulate the board with coordinated fake bids; scrape, spam, or abuse the Service; or use the Service for illegal activity.
ProductsBid and its design, code, and content are owned by the Service operator. You retain all rights to your own product, brand, and submitted content; you grant us a limited license to display your product name, tagline, and URL on the board.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee traffic, rank, or any particular outcome from bidding. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service’s total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your most recent bid.
We may update these Terms or change the Service at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
